The story began in 1945 with a pharmaceutical company called MARVIN, after its founder Martone Vincenzo.
In 1960, a cosmetic division was created alongside the pharmaceutical activity. It created one of the first lines of "hypoallergenic" treatments.
In 1970 the beauty sector became the true heart of the company, and the pharmaceutical activity was sold off to permit further development of the cosmetic division.
1975 marked the great departure: ICR, Industrie Cosmetiche Riunite, was
founded, acquired MARVIN and entered the perfumery sector. From that moment on, the company's growth became increasingly dynamic.
